Extremely compact setup with both piping and electric installation optimized.

Vertical static clarifier

With a minimized maintenance and electronic monitoring of levels (LEM), it optimizes the workload by providing an additional buffer for the sludge and avoiding empty cycles of the filterpress.

Pre-fitted plug&play technical room

Flocculant solution preparation unit, sludge pump and SADF (Automatic flocculant dosing system) installed and wired in-house, drastically reducing on-site installation operations.

Covered room for the filter press

Distinctive element of Tecnoidea, designed for ground installation with a single crane pull, thus minimizing operations at height and reducing crane costs to a minimum.

Fully automated

Internal monitoring of the clarifier, automatic dosing of flocculant and multifunction trolley of the filter press allow fully automatic operation. The operator only takes care of routine maintenance.

Saving for both the environment and the company

The automatic flocculant dosing system made possible by SADF, a Tecnoidea’s patent, minimizes the consumption of polyelectrolytes safeguarding the environment, saving consumables and avoiding problems in the washing system due to over-flocculation.

Turbid water collection well

The well allows to collect and recover also rainwater in addition to the process one. In this way, clarified water covers 95% of water requirements of the plant.
