Plant rooms
Plant rooms are enclosed structures (fixed or prefabricated) designed to safely house the electrical and control panels, the flocculant preparation units and the pumps.
Filter-press covers
Tecnoidea recommends installing dedicated covers over the filter press. These covers protect the machine from direct weather exposure and help support continuous operation.
Modular construction
Depending on the site requirements, the technical structures can be built as fixed structures or supplied as containerised modules. The latter are designed for mobility and are well suited to temporary sites or plants that need to be relocated quickly.
Service and support steelwork
As an alternative to conventional concrete civil works, Tecnoidea designs and supplies the structural and access steelwork required for the plant. This includes filter-press support platforms, access ladders and walkways for operator inspection and maintenance.
Integrated design
Tecnoidea provides a complete engineering package. The engineering team coordinates machinery supply with the design of the overall structural layout, delivering a solution in which plant logistics, safety and process requirements are integrated from the outset.
