The Tecnoidea palletised dosing unit automates the preparation and injection of liquid chemical reagents such as coagulants, antifoam agents and oxidising and reducing agents. The unit draws the neat product, dilutes it evenly with mains water and doses it into the relevant process stage.
A key part of the treatment line for complex, contaminated materials typical of Soil Washing and road-sweeping processes.
The unit manages the complete reagent dilution and dosing process automatically.
A dedicated transfer pump draws the neat chemical reagent directly from the IBC container positioned alongside the unit, feeding it into the unit's tank.

Inside the 1 m³ polyethylene (PE) tank, the reagent is mixed with mains water. A dedicated agitator positioned at the centre keeps the solution continuously agitated, producing a homogeneous, ready-to-use mixture.

Once ready, the solution is drawn by dedicated dosing pumps (piston or piston-diaphragm) and injected into the plant circuit, typically into an agitated reaction tank upstream of the clarifier.

Every component of the CPDC series is designed to withstand chemical attack and integrate easily into a wide range of plant layouts.

A robust 1 m³ polyethylene (PE) tank, enclosed in an IBC-style metal cage, is mounted on a palletised frame. This makes the unit compact, cost-effective and easy to move around site.
The dosing pumps and dedicated agitators — available with a protective coating or entirely in plastic — provide durability even in contact with viscous or highly corrosive fluids.
The mains water supply circuit comes as standard with a manual valve, a Y-strainer to protect against impurities and an on/off valve. The tank has a filling cap and a bottom drain valve to make maintenance easier.
Automation is managed through a junction box or a local control panel (IP55) mounted directly on the machine, for straightforward integration with the central PLC.
