Flow rate:
Plants < 100 m³/h
A compact solution for low-flow-rate applications. The single-chamber unit is Tecnoidea’s solution for preparing and dosing flocculant in plants with flow rates below 100 m³/h. Suited to small plants, temporary sites or short-term installations, this single-tank unit prepares the chemical solution needed to promote the aggregation of suspended solids. Available in hot-dip galvanised carbon steel or in a palletised polyethylene (PE) version, it maintains a compact footprint and is easy to move.
Preparing a flocculant solution from powder requires sufficient hydration time and proper mixing. The single-chamber unit manages this process in a small space.
Flocculant does not act instantly: usually supplied as a powder, it requires around 45–60 minutes of hydration time to dissolve properly and form an active solution.

The water and the powder are fed into the same tank, where the agitator keeps the mixture continuously agitated. The dosing pumps draw the solution from that same tank and dose it into the treatment process.

Our single-chamber units are designed for small plants, temporary sites or installation inside containerised plant rooms.

Available with a tank built entirely in hot-dip galvanised carbon steel for greater robustness, or in polyethylene (PE).
The stainless steel agitator, fitted with a marine propeller, provides continuous mixing.
The mains water supply is managed by a manual valve, a Y-strainer and an on/off valve.
The flocculant preparation unit includes a top feed hopper for loading the powder.
For micro-plants or mobile sites, the unit is available in plastic (for models with a capacity of 1,000 litres), providing a compact footprint and making the unit easy to move.
Feed hopper and dosing screw conveyor: To automate and regulate the dosing of the powder into the tank.
ADF logic integration: The unit is prepared for integration with our SADF automatic flocculant dosing system, which adjusts the flocculant solution dosing according to process requirements.
Radar level probe: The unit can be equipped with a radar probe for automatic solution-level control inside the tank.
