Founded in 1860 by Johann Keller in Renchen, Germany, Keller Grundbau (known in Italy as Keller Fondazioni) is a German company specialising in geotechnical engineering and part of Keller Group plc. Its activities range from ground improvement, including compaction and vibroflotation, to deep foundations for major infrastructure, grouting for waterproofing, excavation and underpinning.
The project challenges

Dewatering drilling sludge with a high suspended-cement content.

The plant components had to be road-transportable and suitable for relocation to future sites.

The operating strategy was defined to maintain continuous production of dewatered sludge even with active cement accounting for up to 20% of the total dry-solids weight.
