Aggregate treatment capacity
Mymat operates from the CARE recycling platform in France and specialises in the management, treatment and recovery of inert waste from the construction and public-works sectors. Its activities include processing rubble, excavation soils and demolition debris into recycled aggregates for reuse in construction. The project was developed in collaboration with SAS Y CARE, a French partner supplying machinery and services to the quarrying and mining sectors.

The plant had to handle highly variable feed comprising excavated materials and rubble.

The complete plant had to fit within a 20 × 24 m footprint.

Short installation times were required, favouring ground-level assembly to reduce work at height.

To meet the space constraints, the piping and electrical systems were configured around the available footprint. A pre-assembled plant room containing the flocculant unit, sludge pump and dosing system was pre-wired at Tecnoidea’s workshop to reduce on-site installation work.

The enclosure was designed for complete assembly at ground level and then lifted into position in a single crane operation, reducing work at height.

A clarifier fitted with LEM sludge-level monitoring was installed. The unit also provides sludge-buffer capacity and supports stable filter-press operation by reducing unnecessary empty press cycles.
A dedicated collection well receives turbid process water and rainwater. The recovered clarified water can meet up to 95% of the washing plant’s water demand.
The patented SADF automatic flocculant dosing system adjusts polyelectrolyte dosage according to process conditions, reducing unnecessary consumption and the risk of over-flocculation.
The integration of LEM sludge-level monitoring, the SADF system and the filter press’s multifunction plate shifter enables automated plant operation, with operator intervention mainly limited to routine maintenance.
